Richard and Barbara Woodard, in the business of buying and selling antiques, auctioneering and appraising antiques since 1967. They are the enthusiastic owners of Sir Richards Antiques and Fine Art Center on this busy Waterbury Stowe Road. The enthusiasm for investing in antiques has been very strong over the years, due to their rarity, increased values, and for the pride in holding onto articles of our American Heritage. We have the largest quality inventory in Northern Vermont, including antiques, vintage items, fine art, furniture, fine porcelains, pottery and accessories, plus almost every category pertaining to our past with over 4,500 square feet of showroom.

Taunya Lynn Dunster, now Sales Manager and secretary for Sir Richards Antiques and Fine Art Center: Taunya has been involved in the auctioneer and antique business along side her parents and sister for 39 years. Yes since the day Taunya and her sister, Danielle were little, their mother had them right by her side in the antique shop, as well, they had the girls with them travelling to auctions and when they were little, they used to help with the auctions. She also traveled along with Walt Disney World on Ice and Ringling Bros., Barnum and Bailey Circus for 2 years. After serving in the insurance industry for over 8 years and after the fire of her parents long time antique business, Taunya decided to join in the family business, following in her parents footsteps. And now her husband Alan W Dunster III has become interested in the business and is working along side with the family every step of the way. They are very dedicated individuals and strive on making sure their customers are satisfied and always go the extra mile.

Leah is our store manager and the youngest Antique Dealer in Vermont, isn't she cute? She is six now, is in 1st grade and loves to help her Grammy and mommy in the shop especially with leaving stickers on tags for customers and playing hide and go seek with customers. Her favorite hiding place is in the pie safe, so be careful if you check it out in our store :) She has loads of customer experience, loves to greet people at the door, show customers where fine antiques are and her sales ability is top notch! ;)

We lost our long time friend and coworker about 2 years ago. Robert Johnson was a part of this business and our family for over 30+ years and he will be deeply missed. May you rest in peace! <3
