Beautiful mid-20th Century Boehm stamped porcelain baby blue bird figurine.
Measures 4 1/2" tall and the base measures 3 9/16" diameter. Has the horse emblem, Boehm, Baby Blue Bird, 442 D, made in U.S.A. stamp on the base.
Circa 1958.
Features a gorgeous porcelain baby blue bird pirched on top of a branch with gorgeous green leaves. Has beautiful colors of light gray to dark gray and light blue throughout with a brush of light blue on the head. The underbelly is a gorgeous brownish-orange. The eyes on the fledging look almost real and glossy.
The figurine is in wonderful condition with no chips, hairlines or repairs.
This gorgeous piece would definitely grace any room well. A great addition for any Boehm or bird collector.
