Probably the most beautiful bowl you will ever own. We believe that this pattern is apple blossom, which is in very high relief compared to most.
Graff, Wahborne & Dunn, a firm who produced some of the highest quality sterling items, were in business in New York from 1899 to 1961. In 1961 Gorham bought the firm out.
There is a monogram in the center, "S" and there are three minor, minor dents in the very top, along with the normal minor, minor scratches that come with use over age. These are so minute that they will not show up in the photos. This one will be a keeper.
It is 17” in diameter and an impressive 6” high. The base is as beautiful as the top. It weighs 3028 grams, 105.4544 ounces and 7.23 pounds.
