Beautiful antique Russian Icon of five selected Saints receiving a blessing from Christ above the clouds.

Circa 1840's and measures 13 3/4" high x 12 1/4" long.

It is depicting five selected Orthodox Saints receiving a blessing from Christ above the clouds.

The icon is in good condition, wear commensurate with age and is in untouched, original condition. There is a taped label with the #8 on the back of the icon, near the top left, as well as a number written in marker on the top right, 51143. It is all hand painted with beautiful mute colors done in gorgeous detail and gold leaf. Please review photographs thoroughly.

This piece would look absolutely stunning in any setting. Would be a great addition for any religious or icon collector. Enjoy!!!
