Wonderful framed Riggs and Company original check signed by General William T. Sherman. Includes the Certificate of Authenticity and stamp.

Circa 1881.

Measures 14 5/16" tall by 20 7/8" long.

Features an original Riggs and Company check #1122 in the amount of $25.00 dated October 11th, 1881, with the bank building to the left sideways, signed by General William T. Sherman. The plaque below the bank check reads, Gen'l William T. Sherman, 1820 - 1891. To the right is the black and white photo print of General William T. Sherman. Taped on the back is the original stamp of General William T. Sherman, as well as the Certificate of Authenticity.

The bank check and photo are in great condition due to being well framed. The matting is just exquisite and the frame is in great condition!

General William T. Sherman was born in 1820 and passed away in 1891.

What a great piece of history for any collector.
