A beautiful signed and original Noel H. Leaver, noted artist, watercolor titled, "Magdalen Tower, Oxford".

The frame measures 21 5/8" tall x 16 15/16" long x 13/16" depth. The watercolor measures 9 3/8" long x 13 5/8" tall.

This beautiful watercolor is of the Magdalen tower, Oxford and features the tower to the right with a scenic view to the left and people stopped taking in the view from the bridge.

Noel H Leaver was born in Austwick, Yorkshire in 1889 and passed away in 1951. He was noted for his sky and cityscape watercolors, oriental scenes and still life.

This gorgeous watercolor is in great condition.
